Shipping and Processing Time

Afrikanskincare dispatches every order out as soon as possible, and in the order they were received in. All orders will ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive tracking numbers(s) once item has been shipped. Domestic, Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 2-5 Business days. We do not process orders on holidays and weekends. Please allow between 2 - 3 business days for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. Please be advised that during restocks, new releases, and special promotions, our processing times may be delayed. Typically, International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location. Please note, customs may charge an additional fee in order to receive your item(s). 


Placing your order and Checkout

When placing your order, please be sure to enter the full correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers.  If you need to update your shipping address, email immediately. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact USPS or UPS to update your shipping address. 
If your package is returned for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping fees.



We ship all products using USPS, and UPS. Please be advised that once your product has been shipped, and handed off to the carrier of choice, we will no longer be responsible for the mishandling of that carrier after it has left the facility. Any delays occurred due to the shipping carrier we advise you contact them directly to solve any issues you may have. We are willing to help you out as best as we can.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final! All of our products are 100% naturally sourced and hand made, so we do not accept returns and refunds!
Damages and Missing Items
If you have any issues, are able to show video proof of your order being mishandled, or receiving the wrong product, please contact us via email. If you receive an incomplete order, please contact us immediately at Be sure to include your order number and a picture, and or video, of everything you received inside your package. We will reach out to you.
