I ordered products as a gift on November 11th and have not received them. I have sent 3 separate emails and even an inquiry on FB, which was read with NO response. No products. And my $73 is just in the wind. I will have to dispute this charge with my bank. To save the headache, order elsewhere! There is NO excuse for lack of communication for an entire month.
I placed an order on November 4th, for 2 bars of this product. Today is December 1 , and still no show. I have sent emails concerning my issue, with no response., or acknowledgement.
I will have to dispute this charge also...
I’ve been waiting for one month now for just one bar of soap. no tracking number, no update, no response back from my email. I will report this.
